This sexable rainbow mix includes Crested cream legbars that lay beautiful blue eggs, Mars-Bars that lay olive green eggs, and mystic marans that lay a medium brown, sometimes with a purple bloom and/or speckles.

This mix is perfect for those who can only keep hens or just like to know how many hens & roos they got right out of the incubator.

The mars-bars and mystic marans will be black at hatch. The males will have a white spot on their heads while females are all black.

The Crested cream legbar females will be brown and have solid chipmunk stripes down their head and backs with solid, dark eyeliner, while the males will be a lighter tan color with a large white spot on their head, less defined chipmunk stripe that doesn't go all the way up their head, and little to no eye liner. As the legbars grow there is a defined difference between males and females even at 2 or 3 weeks. The males begin feathering out differently and tend to grow huge combs by 3 weeks old

While these autosexing and sexlink traits are accurate 99% of the time, that 99% does mean that 1 out of every 10 of these clutches i sell will likely hatch a chick that does not match these described sex linked traits.
