This Sea Foam Egger Mix includes a unique selection of designer hybrids to bring stunning ocean-inspired colors to your egg basket. The mix features: Olive Egger backcrosses that lay gorgeous shades of seafoam green, with occasional hints of light teal or bluish tones, F1 Olive Eggers known for their vibrant green eggs, and Crested Cream Legbars that produce striking blue eggs

The Crested Cream Legbars included in this mix are guaranteed Female. The designer hybrids included are not sexable and will be a straight run assortment. 

Coming from a well loved, cage free, free range flock that receives supervised pasture turn out time on a rotating schedule opposite my other flocks to keep breeding true. When you buy their chicks you are supporting a worry free life from hatch to natural death for my flocks.

📦 Shipping Policy

All chicks are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Express, the only USPS-approved service for live day-old poultry.

Chicks are packaged in USPS-approved ventilated chick boxes, with clean bedding, grogel, a light stick, and, IF NEEDED, heat packs for temperature support.

We clearly mark each box as “LIVE ANIMALS” and request “Hold for Pickup” at your local post office to minimize travel stress.

Chicks are shipped Monday and Tuesday only to ensure arrival before the weekend.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Please arrange to pick up your chicks promptly from the post office upon arrival. USPS may not deliver live animals directly to your home.

At Mulberry Creek Hatchery, we prioritize the safety and well-being of every chick we hatch. As a humane hatchery, we believe every chick deserves the best possible start — and that includes safe travel conditions.

To protect your chicks from the dangers of overheating or freezing during transit we will reschedule shipping if the forecasted temperatures are outside our safe range at either our location or the destination.

🚫 Extreme Weather Cutoffs – No Exceptions

Below 38°F — too cold for safe travel, even with heat packs

Above 88°F — risk of overheating in transit

we will automatically reschedule shipping for another date with a new batch of freshly hatched chicks.

There will be no exceptions to this policy.

High temperatures can turn a closed shipping box into a dangerous environment, and we simply will not risk the health of your future flock members.

We monitor local and national weather closely and will notify you of any schedule changes due to heat or cold. Your order will remain reserved and secure until conditions are safe.

We guarantee live arrival if chicks are picked up within 2 hours of USPS notification and you notify us of losses within 4 hours of pickup.

Photo proof of any DOA (dead on arrival) chicks is required.

We do not guarantee live arrival if:

You delay pickup

Your address is not correct at time of shipping

The post office is unable to reach you due to incorrect contact info

Important Reminders

We are not responsible for USPS delays or mishandling once the box leaves our hands.

Orders delayed due to weather will not be canceled or refunded, but rescheduled for the next safe shipping window.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the chicks and that your phone number is accurate for post office contact.
